Do not use an apostrophe with a plural name.
If submitted, we will remove the apostrophe in plural names to make it correct.

We guarantee our personalized items to be free of manufacturing error or product defects.

If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@monogramlane.com so we may begin the claim process. Please include a photo with your email.

All claims must be made within seven days of receipt.
