Our Custom Knit Hats are soft, cozy and full of love, just like grandma made them! They will endure season after season of outdoor fun and play.

Available with or without earflaps
Lots of adorable styles!
Main image features puzzle, elephant and chevron stripes.
100% Acrylic - will not fade or shrink.
Machine washable - dry on low heat.
Font style as shown in all uppercase lettering.
Small - 6 months to 1 year
Medium - 12 months to 4T
Large - 5T+
Allow 2 weeks to process and ship.

NOTE: We cannot use Pale Pink with White or Off White: will default to Medium Pink

Sizing Guidelines:

Children's head sizes vary so please select size carefully
Because our hats are made to order, slight size variances can occur due to design & yarn choices
SMALL = approximately 17” inch circumference**
MEDIUM = approximately 20” inch circumference**
LARGE = approximately 22” inch circumference**

**Head Circumference is the stretch of the knit, NOT the measurement of the hat.

**Regular hats have slightly more stretch than Earflap Hats.

PROCESSING TIME

The Processing Time refers to the time it takes to personalize your product. It does not include shipping time to your location.

Processing time during peak holiday season may take an additional day or two.

Multiple products in one order may ship at different times.

SHIPPING

We offer a flat $5 shipping for all orders everyday.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to process the package and provide the delivery information.

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account on our website.

RETURNS

We guarantee our personalized items to be free of manufacturing error or product defects.

If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@monogramlane.com so we may begin the claim process. Please include a photo with your email.

All claims must be made within seven days of receipt.

Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return.
