When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to process the package and provide the delivery information.

RETURNS

We guarantee our personalized items to be free of manufacturing error or product defects.

If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@monogramlane.com so we may begin the claim process. Please include a photo with your email.

All claims must be made within seven days of receipt.

Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return.
