Processing time during peak holiday season may take an additional day or two.

We offer a flat $5 shipping for all orders everyday.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to process the package and provide the delivery information.

If there is a quality issue with your order, please contact us immediately at sales@monogramlane.com so we may begin the claim process. Please include a photo with your email.
All claims must be made within seven days of receipt.
