Shipping We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Products are shipped either USPS or UPS. Please provide a valid street address that accepts USPS and UPS deliveries. We currently ship only within the continental US. In order to help the environment, we recycle shipping boxes when possible. We also encourage our customers to reuse boxes in order to "Go Green." Personalization Personalized items are not returnable. At checkout you are asked to confirm that your personalization details are correct. Returns We do not accept returns of personalized items. We will gladly replace any product that is defective, broken or incorrect due to a mistake on our part. If you are not satisfied with a non-personalized purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days we will give on-line store credit. Payment Monogram Lane uses SSL secure payment through PayPal, which gives you the option of paying with the credit card of your choice.
